Moderator Panel Overview

The Moderator Panel is made up of 3 sections: 

• Edit projects
• Reports
• Cash Gifts

If you are a Raiser's Edge user and we have enabled the data import via Importacular, you will have access to a 4th section called API Access. 

When logging in and clicking on the Moderator Panel button, the page you land on will have an overview of the number of Daily Sign Ups and the Total User Count, both for the last 60 days. 

Daily Signups

The graph shows the number of users that created an account on the site within the last 60 days.  As the Causes site does not allow donors to create a profile, the users will always appear as Platform Moderators.

 

Total User Count 

The Total User Count is a mix of the total number of donors and also moderators that have created an account on the site. 

Edit projects

On this page, you will find a list of the projects that have been created on the site. You will be able to see who the project creator is, when the projects were last edited and the state. The 'state' shows you if a project is Published or in Draft. 'Public' highlights whether the projects are visible on the platform or  hidden from public view. Under Actions, you can edit the project or preview it.

 

Reports 

On this page, you will be able to download the Site Report. If you have the Direct Debit functionality enabled, we also provide a standalone Direct Debit Report. Note that all the data we capture on the Donation Page will be displayed in the report.

Cash Gifts 

If you have any offline/cash pledges that need adding to the site you can use the Cash Gift functionality and the instructions provided. It is possible to add single cash gifts, or bulk upload multiple cash gifts using a CSV file.
