We like to offer our clients the flexibility to set up the campaigns on the site based on their needs. This is why you have three options (listed below) when it comes to displaying the fund information.
Some institutions choose to have the amounts raised and number of donors both made visible, whereas some don't.
This entirely depends on your communications plan and how you want to share your message with the community.
For some campaigns, where you are very specifically talking about the amount you need to raise or the donor goal, it is important to have it visible so that donors can track progress.
However, if you are not mentioning numbers specifically, then it is sometimes better to remove these from the platform.
Hide Amounts and Donor Number
When this option is chosen, the Project Card will display the project thumbnail and the Donate button.
Display Donor Number
The Project Card displays the thumbnail, the Number of Donors, and the Donate button.
Display Donor Number and Amounts
The Project Card displays the thumbnail, the Number of Donors, the Amount Raised, and the Donate button.
Please note, the configurations listed above must be set by Hubbub. This will be discussed during the platform functionality call or, if you are already a client, you can email the Support Team at: support@hubbub.net
